my partner and son lives with me but she isnt on the mortage so when i declare my self bankrupt will the local council give her and my son some where to live

Hi

I guess this depends upon if you are all together, are you going to surrender and if you lose your mortgaged home.

have you taken any advice over the phone or in person?
