I know this question must have been asked a million times and I am sure I have seen an answer to it from one of the experts but....
I am just about to fill in my SOA and just need to clarify the following:

I live with my partner and have no other financial outgoings apart from usual ones i.e, no dependant children. I am the only one going BK as most of the debts stetch back 10 years and have nothing to do with her as they were accrued prior to us meeting. Therefore, in section 7 (outgoings) 7.1 is the expenditure sheet and I believe I should put the household expenditure in there rather than just my share. Really grateful if someone can confirm one way or another. Thanks, Andy

just state the whole amount of the hosuehold outgoings, you can then state you reside with your partner

Hi

remember to take care when completing section 6, in particular "other contributions to the household".
It does not ask for partner's net income figure.

As you say, these are not your partners debts.
