pureply a personal choice, someleave black, some write not applicable nor N?A others a line through, it really does not matter, what matters is you put the relevant information that you do have in the correct boxes, don't worry about the boxes that are not relevant

hi, thanks melanie just want to be sure, im also mixed up with the first page of SOA form 6.28 and debtors bankruptcy petition 6.27 are these to be filled in on the day of BR?

The only thing you leave blank till the day of the Court is the signing and date box - this has to be done in front of the clark at the court.
And don't worry about the queries that is what we are here to - to help and to try to put your mind at rest. When is your hearing date?

thanks Melanie our hearing is on friday, im confused on the affidavit part about exhibit marked "Z" ... are parts of these forms filled in by the clerk? sorry to sound mixed up but i am. thankyou very much |

hi sorry me again.about section 10(members of your household and dependents) do i need to be listed in here and my partner on mine? am i dependent on him if i dont work? or are dependents just the children? i have the guidance notes but they dont make much sence to me either |

your forms can 'mirror' each others...just make sure all members of the household are listed - your children are to be listed on each of the forms as your 'dependants' and if you are not in work you are dependant on your husband if you are in work you do not list yourself as a dependant
I agree thought the forms can be confusing
