Hi
I'm new to the forum and wondered if anyone can tell me how much the legal fees are when someone is buying the benificial interest in your property. I know it would be £1 because it has negative equity but not sure of the fees on top.

If the property is jointly owned then it is £211, if it is solely owned yet a partner is buying the BI it then becomes £500. |
