Yet another question SORRY..
After going bankrupt on the 12th feb I have had constant phonecalls from my creditors, more than ever before.
I never ever answer the phone but they are now calling my work number which I think is really unreasonable as it looks really unprofessional plus I have no way of escaping it!
Can anybody tell me what right they have to do that now and how long I should expect it to go for??
I can blacklist the numbers on my mobile but there is no escaping them at work and Its really stressful :o( |

Have you given them yout Bankruptcy Number from the order you were given in court
That should be all they need

The OR probably won't have contacted your creditors yet. As Wellerchic says you can give them your BR number and that should be enough, but if it isn't you can send them a copy of your BR order. I found that this shut them up!

| hi, im going bankrupt on fri, i have been telling my ceditors this when they ring, they advised me to ring them with details of BR when its done so they can pass it on to thier bankruptcy department as could take a while for the OR to inform them hence continuing calls. |
