sorry for all these questions but the court sent one set of forms .ive noticed on alot of posts that people are mentioning that you need 3 copies of the form.is this right? thanks.

You need to take 3 sets of forms (1 original 2 copies) to the court with you - you sign and date the forms in the presence of the court clerk, one copy of the forms once authorised will be handed back to you for future reference

We also wondered about the copies and rang the court dealing with our bankruptcy.

They only required the original form, which they returned to us after photocopying it themselves (at no charge to us).

I think each court is different. This was at Sheffield.
