I went bankrupt in early December and i still haven't had it posted in my local paper yet. My O.R. agreed not to write to my letting agent as i , having 3 kids, had concerns about the action they may have taken and being in the paper is the only other way they would have found out. Can it take this long or have the O.R./courts/paper forgotten to do mine? I don't want to ask my O.R. in fear of promting him to do it.

Thanks in adavance for any help

hubby and my bankruptcy has never been in the local paper, I have bought it every week and read it properly and its not been in. A relative of mine has also gone bankrupt a couple of weeks ago and so far, he has not been in either. I really have no idea why sometimes the notice goes in or not
