Hubby and I are going to court on tues (3rd march). what will happen regarding our tax codes?

They'll stay the same as you're going BR so late in the tax year. I really can't see HMRC changing the codes at that point.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Hi , as its so late in the tax year nothing will happen re your tax codes
