Hi if a notice of insolvency has been put in the press in oct 08 how long will the insolvency process take?

Hi

a notice of insolvency would not normally go to press unless the deed had already been done.

I would check the Insolvency register online.

The register only goes back 3 months

A person is on the insolvency register until 3 months after they are discharged, but I don't know if it's the same for companies.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
