We have our face to face meeting with the offical reciever tomorrow to go through everything for our personal and partenship (busines)
We have been send two forms from the offical reciever, Form L75.05 Partnership primaly questionaire, and Form P1QB banckcruptcy perliminary questionaire.
It says in the pack that you can do it online.
We filled in our original forms on line before going to court. Are these the same forms and therfore we wont need to do these? the forms only camme friday and we have meeting tomorrow morning so havent been able to ask anyone?
I have had alook through the forms and they appear to be the same questions?
Hope someone can advice
Also do i need to take the business stock to this meeting?
If the forms only arrived Friday and are confusing you as they appear to duplicate much of the information you have already given then discuss this with the OR tomorrow, get clarification then act on the OR's advice.That's what the meeting is for.
Likewise ask about the stock list or if you have one to hand already take it with you and the OR will advise the next step.
