Urgent help needed please!
I have my court hearing tomorrow and I am just finishing off the SOA, but I am a bit confused by some of the pages. If anyone can help me I would be really grateful. The pages in question are:-

Debtors Bankruptcy Petition.
I have filled out my name and address but I don't know if I fill out the rest on that page. I assume I don't complete the 'business' section but I'm not sure about the 'court' details. Can these details wait until I actually get to court to be filled in?

Statement of Affairs.
How much of the first 2 pages do I need to fill in before I arrive at the court. Do I complete the affidavit when I in court. If I take 3 copies of these blank pages, can I fill them in individually once I am at the court?

I am so worried I'll arrive at court and the forms won't be fully completed and I'll be sent away.

Please help!

You complete the forms to the best of your ability and leave the signing and dating of the signature to be done in front of the clerk at the court when you hand over the funds for petition

Petition: fill in what you can, I missed big bits on the back about IVA etc because I wasnt sure what to do (crossing through etc), and the clerk did it with me without any fuss... The 'court' is the one for your area, eg mine was Barnstaple, which she also filled in for me.

I didnt sign or date anything (petition or SOA)until I was there, which was fine.

Dont worry, it's not as bad as it seems :D (has been today)

Hi xmasbaby
I just want to wish you luck for tomorrow - I too have my hearing tomorrow at 11am. I'm getting nervous now, as I expect you are too. Hope it all goes well for both of us!

my court (high court) did the photocopies when i got there. I suppose the £495 partly covered the cost.

My court charged £7 per set of forms!

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
