I hope someone can give me some advice. My husband has had 2 ccjs registered against him last month, 1 of which was transferred for enforcement straight away, I can see that I need to send N245 to the courts asking for time to pay but the fee is £35 each and it is likely that we will be filing for bankruptcy in the future as soon as our house is sorted out - should we pay the fees and do the forms or wait? My main concern is that a Bailiff will appear at our door.
