Woohay. Ball is certainly rolling. Just had phone call to say rented accommodation gone through. Keys on 20th of this month. Will pack everything up. I will now phone Mortgage company to say wont be here etc. Will file for BR once I in new place. Welcome new life, new beginning. An end of the "Why me", Why did they do that to me" etc. .... meaning people who abused my good nature and never paid me back. Sorry for the melancholic dramatics but finally can see the light and I have not even filed yet. Will be really sad to say bye to my house though cos it not got just bad memories, loads of good ones too. New start, new life, new beginning. Wont lend anyone anything again. Lived and learned.

well done for sorting this out prior to your filing for petition at least this way you are able to secure a property you want rather than having to accept what ever is available when you have been told to leave the other property, well done for being proactive!
