Thanks I am gradually finding out some information, but a lot of it is aimed at people who are making themselves bankrupt as a company has petioned this on my husband as an individual I am not sure if the same procedures apply.
A few questions
Does he need to attend court, I keep reading about soa's does he have to complete one
What happens to bills that are in joint names i.e. gas/elec. water, etc What will the OR want/do
