Hi,
I went BR in November 2008.
Had a letter from the OR today saying my BR file is being transerred to the RTLU for their office. What dose this mean ?

Hi end or teather

The RTLU are the 'Regional Trustee and Liquidation Unit' and they deal with all asset matters. This could be IPO/IPA, either nil tax or otherwise, or any property matters even those with negative equity. It can even include the realisation of a tax rebate, insurance claim, endowment policy etc.
