Hi again, another question I'm afraid. I think I can maybe last two more weeks or so and then will have to declare myself bankrupt. Can the court refuse to make me bankrupt or can anyone stop this? thanks, steve

Hi

it is your civil right to declare bankruptcy if you are insolvent.

That is your total unsecured debts are more than all of your assets are worth.

You must ensure the court documentation is completed and that you have the fees in cash on the day or you could be refused on that basis.
