Hello
Just a quick question. I went B in early November 2008 and have been out of work since October 2008.

Is it correct that I will not be eligible for early discharge as I have not received an income payments form to date (i.e expenses and outgoings form). I understand it was mentioned here that if you don't receive this form within 4 months you will have to wait out the full year ie November 2009. I have not heard from the OR since last year's phone interview in Nov 08 and I suppose it would not be in order to contact them to ask about this in case it comes across as inappropriate.
Many thanks Angie

I've never heard that one before. I think the OR can put you forward for ED at any point in your BR, and some people have had ED without receiving another I & E.

I was told not to contact the OR to ask about ED, and to be honest although my examiner was fine, the less I had to contact them the better! My advice would be to think that you will be BR for 12 months, and if you get ED it's a bonus.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
