Just a quick query, can anyone tell me if you are receiving maternity allowance will this entitle you to a discount on the court fee?? And is it right that only income-based jobseekers (not contribution based JSA) qualifies for a discount??? We are still struggling to raise the £950 for us both to declare BR, we have been told we have until the beginning of April to make a payment to HSBC or they will begin further action. (I am currently on contribution-based JSA but going onto maternity allowance next month.)Really need some clarification on this please!!
