Hi Guys,

I am still ploughing through the on-line form. Any help out there on two queries.

1.17 Are you, or in the last five years, been a director or involved in the management of a company?

I work in the voluntary sector for a large organisation as a Home Manager of small care home. (So a very little goldfish in a large bowl). Would this mean I would answer yes?

Second query, I am giving up my house so have just stopped mortgage d/d and have secured rental accommodation for later this month and have included the estimated shortfall as an unsecured debt. Do I still list the house as an asset if I am giving it back?

Just these two queries then I can submit my form!!! Thanks guys.

Hi

your answer to 1.17 would be "NO"

Yes the house should still be listed as an asset in section 3, also listed in section 4 secured (shortfall in 4 unsecured)and in section 8.1.

Handing the property back is the intention but you still own it at present and therefore it needs to be included.

If you are handing keys back like I did to Northern Rock, they put on the letter they wanted me to sign to say I would be responsible for shortfall, just make sure you delete that line as the shortfll is covered by the bankruptcy.
