Hi all
Just wanted to thank everyone for thier help. I went BR yesterday and I have to say I thought it went very well. Everyone was very polite and understanding, especially the judge. I spoke to the OR office and they said I would be having a telephone interview in the next few weeks and would not have to visit the office, again they were very nice. I slept like a baby last night with no thoughts running through my mind. I also spoke to my mortgage lender yesterday and they too were very helpful and said basically not to worry about my arrears just pay my mortgage every month and they will be fine. All in all a very good day. If anyone is worried about taking this step I would try not to be as its no where near as bad as you think. Good luck to everyone for the future.

So glad everything went fine for you - its amazing how many people come forward and say they have the best nights sleep in ages following their appointment at the court, when i tell people this in advcance they do not believe me, but having the debt burden removed is a massive weight of worry removed from your shoulders.

Onwards and upwards to a debt free future, aqnd don't start to worry about the OR's appointment, it will be no where near as streeful as attending court, all they will want to do is go through the forms with you and clarify any points they may not be clear on.
