If in your first year of bankruptcy, can you take a trip outside the uk?

Someone has already posted a response to a dulicate question - no problem for 2 weeks, although i would advise you to contact your OR to inform them if you were going to be out of the country more than 2 weeks. Once you have received your discharge you will be under no obligation to inform them

one hing to check is that if this is a holiday that it is a 'modest' expense holiday and falls within the I&E guidelines.
