Hope all is well, yes you would be expected to pay, however this is dependent on whether your income remains the same when you move, obviously your income and expenditure will change dramatically on moving abroad so you will need to supply a new income and expenditure and the amount of your IPA/IPO agreement can then be negotiated with your OR.
