Hi All,

Been a while since I was here but the inevitable day is dawning next Wednesday for me and the wife - 9.30 Stoke on Trent

As ever I've left the forms until last minute

So I may be posting a few questions and will thank you all now for your anticipated input.

First question and its a stupid one but we now live in North Wales but our repossesed home and all our debts were back in SOT - do we use our old or our current address on the forms?

Cheers

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger (I hope ;-)

Hello forum, My name is Steve and I'm a qualified insolvency solicitor, who nows runs his own debt advisory business. I will be trying to respond to all the questions on here if I can. Is there a way to be notified of all new topics?

Anyway Mr Guest, on your petition you must state your current address and any address that you have lived at in the previous six months. Additionally it also asks for addresses where you may have incurred credit which you are dealing with in the bankruptcy. If you have moved around a fair bit in a short period of time but for the vast majority of people there will be the need for just a couple of addresses.
In your statement of affairs youn will again have to state a cpntact address and also in section 8 give further details of your current property.

I included 5 addresses in total, which makes me look like a proper evader. It's just in the last 3 years or so I have had to move around from one place to another for various reasons, nothing dodgy like avoiding people catching up with me you understand.

My entry just reads like a phone book on the insolvency website.
