here goes we have decided now our best option is to go bankrupt .

1st thing is it 500 each or one payment for both my self and wife if we do it ourselves.

2nd what kind of cost are we looking at for professional to help deal with our case as its not straight forward with our mortgage provider ect

The fees for making yourself BR are currently £495, and this is per person.

Regarding professional help, I'm sorry but I can't help you with that but it would be worth contacting Paul Johns who posts as Reviva UK on here and on IVA.co.uk as he is an expert in this.

I second that advice Skippy - Paul is acting for me on a number of my own clients and provides an excellent service.
