Just my view, but,

I don't think you will be allowed:

holidays
Christmas/birthdays
emergency fund

yes, you can always try, you never know, you may get a lenient OR and be allowed some of them, but be prepared that if you get a strict OR (as we did) that these items won't be allowed

Hi thanks for comments
Car is motabilty car so no tax insurance
£6 for car wash as disabled.
Other travel is goingto see my children 100 mile round trip and Hopital appointments agree may be a little high.
Other childred expenses i have to take my kids out as elderly father cant handle them for too long I sleep on saof in my fathers house so have to take them out.
Holiday my children want to stay with me i think its there right too but i have no where for them to stay so have to have holiday i aslo care for my father and need a break .. Holiday in school holidays are expensive.
Board is for electric gas and water.
I pay the rent as it the extra my father is being charge for me being the as is the council tax the phone is in my fathers name but i added broadband to it may take that off to hide broadband.

Hopefully one of the professional experts will be able to advise you further with this as I don't know what difference your circumstances will make to your allowances x
