I been have a flutter on the horses for about 3 yrs hoping to win to pay off debts guess what it didnt work .. My debt hasnt increase due to gambling will this be a problem

Hi

a tricky one.

"Have you lost any money in the last 2 years?" is asked in question 11.3 of the SoA and clearly you have.

Whilst you may state that you have never been to the bank and withdrawn cash, walked straight into the bookies and lost it the fact is that if you had not lost this money then you may have avoided taking on credit to meet your general expenses.

Therefore indirectly or otherwise your gambling has added to the level of your debt.
