Is a telephone interview or a face to face one better i think i would prefer a face to face

Hi

it depends on the individual. I think face to face tend to last longer but the choice as you are probably aware is not yours.

If you have run a business then it will very likely be face to face. If you have been and still are PAYE then telephone interviews are more common.
