Sorry Melanie just realised you will not see my post unless you happen to look as the title doesnt suggest question is for you! I have posted a question or call for help to you entitled Car & Nerves on the forum questions today, if you have time perhaps you could try and reply as best you can to my worries. Many thanks. Just had another thought, I am being made personally BR by a creditor but am having to resign my co directorship due to the BR order and ill health, will that mean as I am a co director that I need a face to face interview or as its to do with personal BR will they be likely to call me instead? I am currently extemely stressed and under going psychotherapy treatment just to try and deal with every completely asid from the BR! The thought of a face interview is terrfiying me, under different circumstances I might cope better but this current time is BAD, to say the least. I have a copy of the questionaire I had for my first psychotherapy appt which I could send to the OR, that should be enough to confirm my state of mind I have nothing to hide and have completed my form to the very best of my ability and will do all I can to assist in the investigations and co operate, facing someone is just about too much though. Any thoughts? I clearly have TOO many!

Hi Charliebucket, sory I was not around to answer your post last night, but had a rare evening off as it was my eldest sons birthday. I note that John has dealt with the car issue in the earlier post. As you have been trading as a company director it may mean that the OR will want you to have a face to face interview, and to be completely honest with you, although they sound 'scary' in fact most people who have a face to face interview as opposed to a telephone interview are more than happy of having the eopportunity to talk through their situation with someone, it can be a far better interview where you will get the opportunity to ask as many questions as you wish to enable you to fully understand what has happend and how things are going to be dealt with from that point it - If you are called for a face to face pleawe try not to worry too much. If you feel that it would all be too much for you personally, explain this to the OR - they may accommodate via a telephone interview, but no promises!
