Melanie and John I have added another point to posting 6397 on deed of acknowledgement and it is important to me to make sure that I go down the right route now so if you can give one more bit of advice on this I would appreciate that. I'll just accept that if it is now safer to await the sale of the property before BR as they have a signed letter then so be it.
