Hi All,

I've been posting here for a while now - its about 7 months since I came across the site whilst surfing to find out if you could get a bank account when BR - before finding the site we had had many many sleepless nights worrying about loosing everything, people knocking at our door and all our belongings being taken by baliffs.

Through being a member here - I've learnt alot, hopefully offered some help to people in the same boat and fortunateley I've been able to plan BR step by step.

Now the forms are filled in and printed I just want to get it done and dusted.

We have to drive back to Stoke for 10am tomorrow. Anyone been there for BR? At least they only want 1 set of forms and will photocopy the other 2 themselves - do I have to declare this saving in printer ink to the OR - theyalso told me filling wil go up to £515 from 1/4!

Oh well fingers crossed...

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger (I hope ;-)

Good luck for tomorrow. I hope it goes ok.

Might have known the fees would be going up soon!

The glimmer gets brighter all the time

Best of luck for tomorrow, and remember to come back to the forum to let us all know how it went. You are lucky having the courts agree to copy the forms, most courts stopped this practice, and i have known of people turned away from courts to have rebook the appointment as they did not have 3 copies with them, so lucky you, less copy charges
