Now my IVA proposal has been rejected, I can see my only other option to be BR.
I now have some BR related questions, that hopefully someone will be able to answer!
What info does the OR need once you have been declared BR? The reason I ask, is I never keep card statements, all my bank statements are online as I opted out of paper statements. i'm worried the OR will want statements going back years and I haven't got any! Other people must be in the same situation.
How does an IPO work? Once you have declared all your income & expenditure how much of your DI thats left does the OR take?
I will have more and more questions, but these are OK for starters!!!
Many thanks in advance

I'm not sure whether the OR needs statements or not - one of the experts will be able to answer that one.
As to the IPO, if, after all your expenditure, you have more than £100 DI left a month, then between 50 and 70% of that is taken for three years.
The glimmer gets brighter all the time

The OR will want statements, but don't worry if you don't have them as they can get them from the bank themselves.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

The OR requested 6 months of bank/credit card statements from me. I have most of them, but there are a few gaps, but I assume the OR can get these directly from the creditors if they need them. I had £390 DI after all my expenses were taken into account and an IPO of £260 has been proposed, which amounts to 66% of DI.
