I'm thinking of going baqnkrupt and am worried about the following:
I am a Social Worker and concerned this may effect my job, does anyone know if it will?
AND do they take your passport off you when you go bankrupt??
Any help on this will be brilliant thanks

Hi jelojo and welcome to the forum.

I'm sorry, I don't know if BR will affect your job, but I can tell you that your passport won't be taken away.

Does it say anything about insolvency in your contract, or could you phone your HR department anonymously and ask the question?
