I have my court date on Monday and have been using the notes for form 6.28 on the courts website however im not clear on the assetts section...
it says 'cash in hand' - of course I have some cash in hand for food/petrol etc, a small amount, that isnt in bank accounts,do I delare that or just write zero?

and do I declare under 'any other property of any other value' things like household items/equipment? nothing I have is of any value. but do I literally have to list everything?
and where it says 'leasehold land and property' do I include my mortgaged flat?

sorry these are probably stupid questions but I really wnat to make sure I complete this form properly!! im so worried about my court date!
many thanks :)

Hi there, this page, although not clear refers to those who have been trading and details are required re 'cash in hand' (takings from the business) stock etc

If you have not been trading or self employed, you do not have to worry about this information.

Hope this helps

Ok thats great thank you melanie.
do I list only items that are worth over £1000? do I list my laptop that is worth £600-£800? as one of my creditors is a buy now pay later deal that i used to get my laptop.
