Well Monday is the day for us, we are booked in for 8.30 to go BR, still have that sick feeling but we both know that this is the only way, we have tried to many different options, even re-mortgaged which turned out to be a disaster, they said at the beginning that the house was worth far more than it was, they then did the survey which left us about 20k under, to late to pull out or we would have to pay them £2500, Mortgages plc, everybody avoid.
Forms all filled in, online forms submitted last week, have been advised this may speed up the process. Money in envelope waiting to hand over on Monday.
Really concerned about the Bank Account, I know Co-op seem to be the best after BR but we did have a debt with them, so not sure they will allow us.
Might just get drunk tonight!!!!!!!!

Good luck for Monday and let us know how you get on. I am sure that it will not be half as bad as you are expecting.

Hi kadge,

It is a daunting process, but I’m sure you will feel the relief after you come out on Monday.

It certainly won't be as bad as your expecting it's more of a paperwork exercise than anything.

Good Luck.

Kind Regards,

Good luck for Monday Kadge.

Regarding a bank account with the Co-op - I have read about a few people who owed them money prior to BR but have still been able to open an account post BR.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
