i am going to go bankrupt i have a basic account with lloyds they know about my debt problem. I have had a iva which failed as it is only me going bankrupt what will happen should i close my part of it prior to bankruptCY

Hi

all you need to do is to arrange with the bank to have your name removed from the account.
