Hi, thanks for all the info so far, can I ask what figures i should place on my bankruptcy form, under expenditure for a family with two kids, clothes, food etc,as i don't want to get it wrong. Are there any figures i can use to base mine on?
Hi if you go to the following site www.cccs.co.uk/ you can either speak to them or use their online services, to establish what the OR will accept as reasonable for family expenditure.
