i'm on the process of completing my bancruptcy form but i'm not sure where to put the potential shortfall in my property .. will i put it in the secured or unsecured debt .. tnx ..

Hi

you actually put it in both.

Secured section - where you put the actual mortgage figures

Unsecured section - where you put the mortgage shortfall
