odd question. I have a huge BT bill, and some (possibly all of it) would have been incurred before BR date (03/03/09). I wondered if I can ask the OR to add it on?

Your bill would probably have an itimised section - i do as i have teenage daughters and i need to know who is calling whom.

you then need to think about what would happen to your telephone account if BT decided to suspend service.

Do you have a plan B
