where to put the potential shorfall ( negative equity ) is it in secured or unsecured in the bancruptcy form .. tnx ..

Hi

you should enter the property value and mortgage details in section 4 secured. The potential shortfall should be entered in section 4 unsecured with the rest of your known unsecured debts.
