Hi Just wanted to find out if the OR will send someone out to do a valuation of my property as it is in negative equity or if I will have to arrange for this myself? If I need to do this myself then does this have to be done using a chartered surveyor?

from what i've read if you send a couple of valuations from estate agents to the OR they will accept them.
Drive by valuations by the OR have been done by some apparently
