well, 4 weeks have passed as of today.
It is going very well. OR call is done. Waiing on expemtions for cars still, and still have a little paperwork to send to her. Creditors have finally realised were BR and sent us letters saying no further action is needed by myself and hubby, which is good. calls have also stopped. Co-op account never got frozen.
Its strange not having to juggle money to pay creditors, and nice to have a reasonable amount of shopping to live on finially! This month has still been tight with quaterly electric bill, bt bill and car tax (would have had to be SORNed if we were still trying to pay creditors!)
So all in ll, things are much better. Finally watched Baliffs on TV, which I've been too scared to watch til now. |

Well done so its true life does get better after BR. i've got my big day in court tomorrow i hope that i'm as pleased as you in a month Dave |

Good luck Chester2005 You will probaly be pleasantly suprised at the court today, I was worried big time before the court case. The Judge was very pleasant and understanding and even wished me good luck for the future.
