Well as of 11am i am BR and the relief is incredible!!!!
The Judge was great, he just asked a couple of Questions and made sure i knew what i was doing!! (i did thanks to this forum and Reviva)
After a quick chat he said you are now bankrupt and the clock is ticking towards your 12 month discharge!!
Brian from Reviva was there for me with all the papers in order thanks to Paul, and between them the whole event went smoothly.

I know that BR is not suitable for everyone but i cannot stress enough how important it is at any stage of debt worry to seek advice from someone who knows what they're doing.
The experts on this forum certainly seem to and from my experience Paul Johns and the staff of Reviva definitely do, well worthy of recommendation.

Finally thanks for all the help and support i have had from this forum, it might be April fool's day but its the first day of the rest of my life without debt worries!!!

Dave

Hiya,

Glad to hear everything went well - we are booked in for 27/4 in North Wales but our OR will be Chester.

Let us know how you go on with them - any feedback would be great as my wife (and I) are dreading our interview as I can't get my head around where £7K cash has gone since November!

Cheers

Tim

Thanks for the kind words, my phone interview is supposed to be 20/04 so i'll let you all know how that goes.
Mr E Guest
November was 5 months ago 7000/5= £1400/month with christmas in between it doesn't sound like you have been extravagant!!!!!

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.
Life's too short!!!
