Hi I am filling in the application form for my BR. Can I ask a couple of questions.

On Section 3 it asks about cash in hand. I get paid the day before our BR and will pay all our rent and stuff then, the money I have left will be for food to last the month. Do I have to put this down as cash in hand.

In section 3.4 it asks apart from state benefits do you or have you had any personal pension arrangements? I contribute to a works pension do I put that in there or do I not put anything about my works pension contributions.

Thanks

Mick

with regard to 'cash in hand' unless you have been carryong on a business this section should not really be completed as it relates to trading information.

If your pension is through work and deducted at source from your salary the OR will not be interested. (The OR is only concerned with private pensions which you would have to freeze for the duration of the bankruptcy as you would not be allowed to contribute into them as the money would be expected to go to your creditors instead.)
