Does anyone know how long it takes for an early dicharge to show up on the insolvency service register - we received letters months ago advising us that we were discharges on 15th January, but the register still shows us as bankrupt?
If you have got early discharge, it should be showing immediately, I found I had been discharged early before I had even received the letter Not sure why it is not showing
As Jane.1 has pointed out, it should be immediate, especially as the Insolvency register is controlled by the Insolvency Service who also run the Official Receivers. I would enquire from the OR.

Thanks all, I have just called my OR, and they have confirmed that the early dicharge was completed at the court on 15th January - but they couldn't tell me why the register hasn't been updated.
