Hi all Just wondering about the forms. Do I fill them out online and then print them and take them down to the court, or do i file them online?and which forms do I fill in etc...please help!"!
If you fill the forms in online when you are sure everything is right and you are happy with them , you submit them and print them off, 3 copies to go to court with, When you have been to court the OR finds the forms you have submitted online, and matches them to the ones you have printed off. The insolvency service website tells you which forms to fill in, you can do as mush or as little as you want and save your progress until finished.
