Hi yto and welcome to the forum

Yes the creditor from the South can pursue a debt in the North. Can I ask who the creditor is as I practice in Northern Ireland and we may be able to give you a few tips as to how to address the debt?

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
