Hi I have a few questions and hope someone can help! I went Bankrupt in January and made my first payment to my IPA on 1st April 2009 My Dad will be coming into some money soon from his divorce settlement and wants to buy me a car (mine just died) is this ok or do I have to declare it? Can he give me the money so its in my bank a/c until I find one or not?
