i need to check something out/ need advise,i filed for anulment and a stay pending the hearing,whilst i was waiting for my court date the trustee disposed of my assets,ive spoke to the courts and they said this was illegal by the trustee,i was advised that there was two ways of dealing with this 1)file some more paperwork to get the trustee infront of the judge to explain there actions or 2)file a witness statement before my hearing with proof of assets disposed of,can anyone clarify this for me?.
When was the BO made? Did you inform the OR and trustee that you were intending to apply for a stay and annulment?
