hi i have been looking at the online form,this may seem a silly question but do i and my wife who is also going to declare bankrupt have to fill in seperate forms,and if so, loans in joint names do they get but on both forms or just one

Hi

yes you should both complete the forms as you must declare bankruptcy seperately.

And yes you should both list joint debts and for the full sum owed on each form (not half each).

You should also fill in section 7 (expenditure)as a household (not your individual costs) therefore each of your forms should mirror the other for expenditure.
