Hi, I'm currently living with parents, I'm un employed and on benifits.

I have my court date set for next week. I'm quite nervous as I dont really know what to expect.

Am I likely to get a IPA if I'm on job seekers allowance?

Also over the last couple of years I've opened a few bank accounts (some I cant remember and that I'm not in debt with) will I need to inform the OR of every account? Just I'm worried in case I miss some.

Thank you for your help.

Firstly welcome to the forum
An IPA is only applied if you have any income other than benefits.
while you are only in receipt of JSA then no an IPA is not going to happen.
If you do a credit search with experian eqifax and call credit they should show any credit or bank accounts you have and when you got them

Hi, ok thank you for that, is the OR likely to contact my parents? Its just they are quite old and I'm trying to protect them from this as much as possible.

Rgards,
Mark

apart from your name in the local paper and the london gazette, if you don't pay any "rent" then i don't think he will bother contacting your parents

Ok, thanks for that, will the OR require bank statements?
Its just my main bank account has been passed to a debt collector and I think it would be difficult getting them.

after court and the interview with the OR he will probably request statements but if you havn't got them all he can always get them no need to worry.
